Willie’s been chasing birds since childhood, long before the vines came into it. Twenty years in wine before this, distribution, restaurateur, sommelier, importer, before he came back to birding full time.
Every outing belongs to your party, never a mixed public group. Binoculars are provided. The pace and explanations work for curious first-timers as well as lifelong birders.

- Couples, families, private groups and experienced birders. No birding background is expected.
- On or off property
- Meet at a suitable property, park or trailhead. On-property experiences depend on habitat, access and arrangements with the property.
- Timing & rates
- 1.5, 3 and 5-hour private tours, plus custom experiences. Property and larger-group outings are quoted individually.
- What to share
- Date, party size, available time, property or meeting location, interests and any mobility needs. Transportation is not part of the standard tour.
